Time taken to charge is the power bank capacity divided by the power generated by the solar panel...
it means 8000/120 = 66.6 hours of sunlight assuming best conditions (angle, dust, etc) and highest efficiency of storring the enrgy into the battery - which is ... impossible to reach... so assuming a 20-30% loss, you will have to wait..... quite a lot!
because depending on your location (north pole or equator) your number of days waiting to be fully charged will greatly vary
bottom line: you need much bigger solar panel to charge in 'reasonable' time...
