I want to ask how long it will take for my solar cell to charge the power bank

We are talking about an iPhone 4s sized solar cell and it is charging 120mA

And the max is 8000mAh

Solution
Time taken to charge is the power bank capacity divided by the power generated by the solar panel...

it means 8000/120 = 66.6 hours of sunlight assuming best conditions (angle, dust, etc) and highest efficiency of storring the enrgy into the battery - which is ... impossible to reach... so assuming a 20-30% loss, you will have to wait..... quite a lot!

because depending on your location (north pole or equator) your number of days waiting to be fully charged will greatly vary :)

bottom line: you need much bigger solar panel to charge in 'reasonable' time...
