What can I enable / disable for best performance from these network adapters

Solution
I have the same NIC and find the defaults plus the following give best performance ..

Flow Control = Rx / Tx Enabled.
IPv4 Checsum Offload = Rx / Tx Enabled.
Jumbo Frames : 9KB MTU - but only if router supports it.
Speed & Duplex : xxx Full Duplex - match this to your connection, auto should always give you fastest, but can incorrectly detect depending on CAT cable.

IT depends of what you're using to connect with other devices.
The "bluetooth" one is for connecting with another device by bluetooth like your smartphone, earphones, ...
The "qualcomm..." is for having WiFi, connecting to the internet by using Wireless signals
The last one "realtek..." is used for ethernet cable. If you don't want to use WiFi to connect with the internet, but by an ethernet cable, then you need that.

Actually, the OS is capable to switch between those channels. My gaming pc uses ethernet, but the drivers for WiFi is enabled. It is just turned off by the configurations. While my laptop has both drivers, but mainly uses the WiFi. I sometimes plug in an ethernet cable if i need to download a large file.
