Best graphic card under 150$

Hi..I'm from India
I'm looking for the best graphic card that works under 320W(75W pcie x16 slot power)
I want to run watch dogs at least med-high settings at 1366x768
I was decided to buy gtx 750 ti but in amazon.in everyone said that it needs at least 450W
So please help me to know best graphic card under 150$

Don't know where you read that a 750 Ti needs a 450 watt PSU, there are people that have it running on a 250 watt good quality power supply. I would still recommend a 300 watt PSU for that card though.

As above, the 1050 is out soon. If not that, the 950 is a good buy at about $120 after rebates, if the 1050 is at $150 that is.

It is stated that upcoming gtx 1050 consumes 75W from pcie x16 slot directly from motherboard without any power connectors.
My motherboard pcie x16 slot power is 75W maximum.
I think it will run fine in my PC.... right?
