Hey guys,
I have a R9 270X OC 2Gb from Gigabyte, it always worked perfectly but now when I try to turn my PC on my MB gives 1 long beep and 2 shorts (Video adapter error) but sometimes it powers up just fine. I tried to take it off, clean and put it back on, but same problem, sometimes it powers, sometimes it dont. I know it isnt the MB because I tried another GC and it worked just fine, but on the other hand my GC does not give artifacts or video bugs when I'm using.
So, I thought it might be some eletrical component that its not working, capacitor or something like that, maybe?

Gigabyte B75M-D3H rev1.0
Intel i7-2600
16Gb RAM Kingston 1333MHz
Gigabyte R9 270X OC 2Gb
WD 1Tb
