I don't see an SSD in your second list, but you should be fine with whatever SSD you choose. People will say that only having a single dimm of RAM is not the way to go since you "want dual channel", but the gain is very minimal so you should be fine with your RAM choice.

You should be pretty decent for a gaming machine, but not certain how well the 1060 will do with professional type tasks. The only weak part that I see is that your SSD isn't the highest quality, I've used Kingston before, but they are inexpensive for a reason. Otherwise I think you'll be fine with that.
