Which CPU+GPU combo should I get?

1st combo: intel i3 6100 + palit gtx 1060 3gb
2nd combo: intel i5 4460 + gtx 960 2gb
Which one of these combos is better for a gaming pc? I want to play games such as the witcher 3: wild hunt, gta v, etc.

Question is why would you consider a 960 2GB GTX when the 1060 3 GB GTX is a little more expensive and quite a bit faster? At the moment the 1060 is the best thing you can find for under $200.

to build on a dead socket to get a true MultiCore? If money is the issue your better off building on the LGA1151.

This will illustrate my point without searching for the benchmarks which say the same thing.
