Does this bad for my hard drive

Solution
Vibration is a problem for HDDs unlike SSDs -- you should have it secured in place somewhere, at least don't just sit it on top of another HDD. If you have any tools and are handy you can just fashion a metal extension to fix it to some part of the case -- it does not need to sit in a flat orientation as it is now.

Hi there Yusuf Il,

I would totally agree with RealBeast. You really need to fasten it tightly somewhere. It is not really a good idea to leave
You may need to get a mounting bracket. Also, you can see whether there are some space around the optical drive.
