to make it short I have a case with a front fan that is useless and can't take out the front panel to check it out.an exhaust fan on the rear top.Planning to get another one to for a working intake fan on the side panel.
So should I put it in the Upper side panel facing the cpu and its cooler or on the lower side facing the gpu?(not entirely)
