Hi all, this is kind of motherboard and GPU related, I have made a complete noob mistake, I have a new GPU on order, well its on its way. Its quite a long card, at 12.5". Now I did not bother measuring the inside of my case as the cards I already have are just over 11" and I sill have space. I have just measured and the space in my case is short buy just under half a inch. So my question is, do I have to use the top PCIe slot for a single card set up or can I use the second one ( with which I have the space) without taking a performance hit.
