Im in a situation where i could choose either one of these computers for playing WOW

Intel HD 4000

I know both of them are slightly worse than the minimum spec requirements for playing wow.
Im willing to play at the lowest setting.
i dont really have budget to get a better computer than these two.
Which one of these two computers do you think its better to play WOW?
