Is it safe to put my PC on its side?

I want to put my PC on its side with the motherboard ontop. This is because my power/sleep button is on the side of the case and cannot be accessed if I lay it the other way. I was wondering if it's safe to have the cpu and video card hanging upside down from the motherboard

not recommended, but seems like you have the stock cooler and small/light GPU, so it would be "safe" for your build
