Hi everyone. I just recently brought a evga gtx1070 ftw and I am having nothing but problems. When I try to do basic things such a go to my computer my screen either goes black/gray, grey with multiple dots and is unresponsive.

I have ensured to the best of my knowledge that my pc meets the minimum requirements to run the card but I am just having one problem after another......help please!

Solution
While the GS is a lower model from Corsair it's not horrible, try a BIOS update if there is one, and also the chipset driver. Did you try uninstalling the video card drivers, running the DDU utility and then installing new drivers?

Processor: intel i5 -4670@3.40ghz
32gb ram
Motherboard:Asus z87-k
Power supply: corsair gs700

I had a gtx 780 in my rig previously. I have had to put it back in because of the issues I was having with the 1070. I have had no problems with my pc after reinstalling gtx780.
