Tuxera, Toshiba canvio MacOS Sierra doesnt work

I have Tuxera NTFS version 2014, it came with my hard disk Toshiba Canvio Connect II 2TB, I have a macbook pro mid2012, the hard disk used to work perfectly with the computer, but now that i have upgraded to the new macOS Sierra in mac, Tuxera NTFS doesn't seems to work any more, i cant paste my files in my hard drive, can you help me find a solution? I have already contacted TUxera but they told me I have to talk with toshiba I really need help because Im running out of space in my computer's hard drive.

Do you have a way to copy the data off the extenal?
That way you could reformat it as exFat so that windows and mac have full access with no other software being needed.

Lastly, it doesn't sound like you have a backup. A backup is a second copy of important files and it sounds like you keep your 'only copy' of files on the external.

Same problem here, i have a version that came with a toshiba hard drive, since i have upgraded to Sierra Tuxera doesn't work...
It says that my license is invalid...

I also got the same problem, I can't copy the files into the hard disk.
I choose this product because it highlighted it is both compatible with Windows and MacOS system without using any third party tools.
Accordingly, I strongly suggest the producing company, TOSHIBA should provide the drive updates for the users which is compatible with the latest MacOS system! Otherwise, the selling point of Canvio Connect II does not valid anymore!

shipping with Toshiba drives is a special version, not equivalent to the retail
version we sell directly to our customers from our website. In your case,
you should contact Toshiba for assistance and updates of the software.

Since the Tuxera NTFS was bundled with Toshiba hard drive and it is
OEM software we cannot provide you with an updated version.
