My headphones worked perfectly fine until today. It makes my galaxy tab a freeze and constantly restart when plugged in and when I try to work around it i have the issue where the music comes out the speakers and not the headphones themself. However, my headphones work perfectly fine with other devices and other headphones work perfectly fine with mine yet it's just my pair of headphones, no longer compatible with the device is usually used them with. I have tried fixing the jack but after realizing the issue isn't the device itself and just my headphones I became very confused. It's really frustrating.
