I have an ASUS P5QL PRO motherboard and the ATI sapphire HD 7750 GPU just does a few beeps at power on. The card works fine in other tower but not this one. Also I know the board is ok as I tried a HD 5450 card in it and that works. So does anyone have any ideas what the issue could be? Could it be PSU related mine is a 500w

Try a BIOS update on the system. A 500 watt PSU is almost double what that card needs but it's a cheap low quality one it may be the cause.
