The pictures are kind of blurry and there is no reference as to what you are holding. But it appears they are fan cables and fan controller cables. Or possibly the fan LED cables and the LED controller cables. Does that case have a built-in fan controller with LED controller?
Best thing to do, is to trace the cables back to where they come from. Then you'll know what they are for.
