So I recently turned down the speed of all my fans, with a low load my CPU is at 30-35 C and GPU is at 35-39 C, under load (usually while gaming), the CPU goes to about 45 C max, but the GPU (Asus Gtx 1060 OC edition) goes to 77 C max. I am not so worried about the CPU, more the GPU? Should I turn up the case fans or the GPU's fans? Also for the past few days, my house has been about 80 F or about 26 C.

CPU's and GPU's can safely run up to around 90C, you should only start worrying about the cooling if they reach upwards of 85C i would say
