Which one should I upgrade?

So my specifications are :
CPU : i3-4150 3.50Hz
GPU : xfx r7-370 2gb
Memory : 8gb
Storage : hdd WD 250gb and 1tb 2.5inch Toshiba(from my laptop)

I want to upgrade my PCfor gaming.
But I'm confused which one should I upgrade first?and to avoid bottleneck of course

You have a dual core CPU.
You'll need a quad core CPU for games like GTA5. Also a nice heatsink to keep it cool for longer life.
I recently got myself a i5 4460, and it runs gta5 smooth like butter.
I have a RX460 with 8 gb DDR3 ram for comparison.

Game like gta v,bf 4.i can play those game but not run at 60fps,it runs about 30-40fps,and I want to improve it

My motherboard is ASRock H81M-VG4 (LGA1150, H81, DDR3), and my ram is Elite Plus DDR4 PC19200 2400Mhz Dual Channel 8GB (2X4GB)
