Hello, I have a problem I suppose, I turn on my pc and the fans aren't moving and debug code says 00 no moves, but I click the switch of the psu and click back again quickly and it starts fine, so I have to do this everytime I turn it on.. So, what do you believe its the problem..

16gb ram (dim 3 and 4 not working cuz another reason already found)
