Hello fellow members, I need your expertise on my up coming build to play video games at 4K on max setting.
After searching around the web these are the parts that I am interested in for my new build. I will most likely purchase all or most of these parts from newegg.com

Is it necessary to have a second Sata drive to store just my game files and have the first one as my OS. If so what size would be good for OS.

I am new to water cooling. I decided that I would go with EKWB components

Radiator: EK-CoolStream XE 360 (Triple) - 100
Will the temperature of the CPU and both GPU be reduced if I have separate radiator for the CPU and the 2 GPU while over clocking?
Fan: Thermaltake Riing 12 Series High Static Pressure 120mm Circular Red LED Ring Case/Radiator Fan CL-F038-PL12RE-A - 15.66 each (x3 for 1 radiator or x6 for two radiator)
Ram water block:

Is it necessary to water cool my rams when overclocking?

I understand that this build will cost me over over 5k but I would like to invest on something that would allow my to play current and future games at max setting on 4k at 60 fps or highter. However, I am open for recommendation that would help me lower my overall cost.
