Using Windows 10 1511 mostly playing games, music, browsing etc.

My PC specs:
AMD Athlon II X4 640
J&W JW-RX770-AM2+
4GB DDR2 single channel RAM
(4 sticks) GEIL Black Dragon
Gigabyte GeForce GT 730 2GB

I have uploaded my minidump files here: https://www.mediafire.com/?jxo1h7v77akksa7

I really don't know what to do more, I've been googling and googling fixes.
I've reinstalled my windows recently and currently only have update KB3136561 and KB3135173 (cannot uninstall either of them)

Happens while I play games, while I browse the internet randomly. I have avira antivirus. I scanned my PC with it, also with Malwarebytes. Everything is clean.
Ran a memeory check diagnostic. Used a different GPU (GeForce 9600 GT) same result.
Reinstalled GPU driver multiple times with DDU.
Currenly running
353.62-desktop-win10-64bit GPU driver.
Did I miss something? :p

Solution
download hardware info set it to sensor and logging watch your 12v rail to see if it dropping. a bad power supply can also cause bsod.

I had a feeling this might be the problem, my PSU is quite old. I will try that.
THank you so much!
