I am planning to buy GTX 1050, will this gpu be bootloken with i3 2nd gen processor?
Processor: Core i3 2100 3.2 mhz sandy bridge
Mboard: GA H61m-s2vb3
Ram: 4gb 1333 bus
Psu: 300 watts (is this enough for GTX 1050)

It looks like the suggested TDP for the 1050 is 75 watts

i3 2100 is something like 115 TDP

gtx 1050 doesn't even require a pinned power connected from PSU, so you might be good. I'd wait and see what the actual TDP for 1050 is once it's released, and then you can use an online PSU calculator to see, under maximum theoretical conditions, if your psu can handle it. Chances are it'll be fine, because the 1050 is a pretty low draw card.

i3-2100 uses max 100W (in some synthetics) in real life even less. 1050 has a limit of 75W. In games it will draw together max 150W. pcpartpicker calculations are way overblown. Still if the psu is one of those added typically to prebuild pc it probably needs replacement.
