I have just installed latest WIN 10 64 bit update KB3197954. After 'restart' Windows would not load or complete update.. I ended up using emergency repair disc which simply would not load after juggling bios boot settings. With boot settings at normal I booyed and rebooted 7 times and, hey presto, the screen with 70% completed finally showed up and all is now well.
My questions are; 1)Why is this happening? 2) somne folk may not be as persistent and just assume the OS will not load and call for help and 3) any hacks to avoid or resolve this more easily in future?
