So it worked this morning when you had nothing connected but the CPU/RAM/Cooler and it stopped working when you reconnected everything properly? Essentially in a situation like this (you have two PSU so that shouldn't be the issue) I would 'breadboard' the motherboard, this means take it out of the case, disconnect all your drives and the GPU, put it on either the motherboard box or similar and try and start the PC.

If you plug in a monitor and get into the BIOS then your motherboard is probably fine, transplant it back into the case and if it starts up like that then you can start putting other things back in one by one to narrow down the issue. If it works out of the case but not in it then it's probably being shorted by something...

If it works out of the case but not in it then it's probably being shorted by something and finally if it doesn't work at all then it's probably faulty and you should look at a replacement.

Running a motherboard outside of the case with just the CPU, cooler, RAM is a fairly standard test in this situation, you can start the board by shorting the power pins on the case header on the motherboard.
