Which one should i go for gtx 1050ti or rx 470?

I am building a cpu build.http://pcpartpicker.com/list/QtNH3F
Please answer following question
1.is it good, i mean this system for budget rs.40000?
2. should i wait for price drop because of gtx1050ti?
3.should i get rx 470 4 gb or highest version of gtx 1050ti?
4.can you suggest any better build?
Please reply i want it asap!!!

The Corsair VS is a Tier 4 psu against the Seasonic S1211 Tier 2. I really think the Seasonic would be alot better than the corsair even though it is 430w. If you really need more watts, just grab the 520w version on mdcomputers.

The RX 470 will most likely be faster than the GTX 1050 ti, and with the release of the GTX 1050 ti the prices of RX 470's might be cut by AMD. Is this Rs.40k Indian rupees? Do you already own any parts for the pc build?

Sorry i forgot to mention i will leave the case upto to local dealer "please suggest one if you can". and i am buying it from a local dealer in lucknow. is my pc good? as i was on a budget of rs.40000 and made this build myself i haven't brought them yet. so i repeat question is my pc good? and suggest me a case. thank you in advance.

Your build is fine apart from the psu mate.
If you're really stuck with the corsair vs then at least go for the 550w.

You're still getting mediocre quality with any corsair vs but giving yourself more wattage headroom at least gives you some leeway.

Can't really suggest a case when you're buying locally - there are literally hundreds that will do the job fine.
I could name 10 now offhand & your shop may not have a single one in stock.

First & foremost - cooler master n200.
Would always be my choice for a fairly budget matx case that will just do an outstanding job & comes with good quality fans prefitted.

The general rule is a case with a minimum 120mm front intake fan & 120mm rear exhaust fan or the ability to fit that fan configuration.

Steer completely clear of cases that only have 80/92mm fan mountings

They're just not meant for gaming builds.
