So i am just needing advice which of these two computer should I get?

gtx960 2gb ddr5 gaming

aerocool rave 500w psu
2pcs 120mm led fen
the goal here is to be able to run Dota 2 or other games in max or ultra settings when it is capable, and also being able to endure long hours of usage or multitasking for work such as web jobs will be performed on the computer.
budget wise i know amd is a wise choice, but considering how intel perform is also something to consider.
