I am using my pc for 2 mounths and yesterday,when i start up my pc shows the hyper transport sync flood error.I clean everything:GPU,CPU,PSU....When i remove the graphic card everything works fine but when i put it again,it boot up in windows and 20 sec and restart and the error again..My cpu isn't overclocked,ram also everything fine without GPU.I don't have another psu to try if it is the psu causing the problem not giving enough...I'll leave specs.

Windows:Windows 10 Pro
CPU:Amd phenom ii x3 720(unlocked 4th core now its ii x4 20 or 955)
GPU:Ati radeon hd 6850 msi 80mm fan edition.
PSU:Gembird 500w
Ram:4 gb Gail 1600mhz
