Best CPU For A Dell OptiPlex 360? LGA 775

I found a optiplex 360 on the side of a road it currently runs win 7 with a 2 Core duo (with the new intel cpu tag 2009) and i was wondering whats the best Cpu for the machine? everything is stock excluding the HDD (LGA 775) also does it support a pci wireless card? or do i need a usb?

You may already have the fastest. It only accepts dual core processors.

its was free put windows 7 on it

I'm running my Optiplex 360 (official BIOS A07) with a quad-core Q6600 without any problem. Planning to upgrade to Xeon E5472 in the near future.
