Hello there, im considering to buy the EVGA 600b over the seasonic 520w because of the 40amps on the 12v rail, plus the extra wattage.. is the EVGA a good psu?
The EVGA B series is not one of EVGAs better models I'd avoid it. What are the specs of the machine you are buying the power supply for and any planned future additions. Then we can determine what PS best fits your needs. Perhaps you don't need a 600w but another size is a better fit. Plus we are all just plain nosy, lol.

Haha, i currently run a Intel i5 2400 with a 750 Ti, 2 sticks of ram , and 1 HDD, no cd reader, and plan on upgrading in the future to a r9 380 or something of that tier
Seasonic is considered the gold standard they do OEM some of the XFX models and the better EVGA models too if I remember right. From you specs listed I don't see you needing to go with a 600w. If the deal is good why not but don't get the EVGA B models, they are not very good. You can use this site to research more PS models.
