this is basically my setup right now.
I sold my R9 390, because a friend wants it.

I'm from the Philippines so prices might change
anyway

I'm looking for a video card and ssd for my needs

I'm only playing dota 2 right now (meh, work)
but I want to play games like

Tom Clancy's : The Division
Tom Clancy's : Rainbow Six Siege
The Witcher 3 (Because I didn't have time to play it when I still have my R9 390)
Battlefield 1
Forza Horizon 3
Mafia III
Call of Duty Infinite Warfare
Call of Duty Black Ops 3
Fallout 4
MGSV

I don't mind not playing in super ultra settings
(I'm kinda regretting that I bought my R9 390 and play games once a week)

my choices are

Video Card

Zotac 1050Ti OC 4GB =$170 (with this I can max out moba games + play in med-high settings)
PALIT Dual Fan 1060 3GB = $222
Sapphire Nitro RX 470 4GB = $223
Sapphire Nitro RX 480 4GB = $244

SSD
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB = $95
Crucial MX300 275GB = $88

NOTE : I just want to buy fans for aesthetics and because my only fans are the 200mm front and 140mm rear fans from phanteks

Solution
You can pretty much pick between the GTX 1060 and the RX 480 based on brand preference, one is better in some games, the other better in others. I think overall the 1060 is maybe 5-10% better but you get another gig of memory in the RX480 if you play on high res with high textures.
For the SSD, the Evo is the standard now.
No comments about the fans, to me they are just utility hehe.
