I talked to some people and I heard I might need to upgrade other parts of my Pc too. If so what should I upgrade and if you can't tell some parts you recommend that are good for running Csgo and League. Also recently my computer has been recently shutting off, do you guys know anything I can do to. I'm going to buy a air spray thing for it sometime this week. THANK YOU!

Your existing graphics is AMD Radeon R9 M360 2GB which is inbuilt to the processor AMD AMD A8-7600 Processor (3.10GHz 4MB)
Now, to be able to get another hefty graphics card consider the following:
Yore are limited by the power supply, which only have 280W according to http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/desktops/erazer/x-series/x315/#tab-tech_specs.
So because of that, I could recommend to go for AMD RX470 but I will say RX 470 and with third part suppler, go for some of these.
The thing is tha these gracis cards are somewhat parallel to what you already have and your PSU doesn't allow any much more power drain.

Why do you want to go for such high fps ? Your eyes can't see that much and you are not even close for the capabilities.
Anyways, here are good upgrades for you.
GPU =Gtx 1050 Ti ( Better)or Gtx 1050 (Cheaper)
Or else go for a rx 470 (wait for some time, its price is going to get reduced)
CPU = Amds are worst and yours is full way worst. i hope you get an Intel Skylake cpus with motherboard.
