Hello! I'm a novice PC builder. And looking at their specs side by side, they're almost the same, right? What could be the better option? Or any other motherboard you guys can suggest?

So far, I plan to use the motherboard on this setup:

I'm not yet sure about the PSU and how much watts should I need. I think that will depend upon the completion of my setup, right?
