Starting off with specs:
RAM - Ripjaw DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800), Timing 9-9-9-24-2N, Cas Latency 9, Voltage 1.5V, 2x4GB
CPU - FX-4100 3.6G 8M
GPU - R9 390 1015MHZ 8GB DDR5
Question:
When ever I play battlefield 1 I feel like my frame rate is always choppy. Enemies seem really jumpy when moving across the screen, movement isnt smooth and I change my camera direction.
I also do not notice a frame rate increase when going from medium graphics settings to low.
My ping times seem ok at around 35ms.
What could be the problem here? Should I not be able to play on settings hire than medium with that graphics card?
