My GPU has no clock speed in games

I have an MSI Nvidia Geforce 1060 6G gaming X graphics card and it's been acting up lately... For no reason it has dropped fps in games that i would normally run no problem at all. For example in CS:GO I had a solid 400, sometimes hitting 500, on all low settings with the aspect ratio 4:3 and 1440x1050 resolution in-game. But recently it's been barely able to hit 200 with all settings on the lowest and I've been trying to get some info about what's going on so i have checked all of my drivers and they're all up to date, then I've tried seeing if my clock speed is what it's suppose to be (1936) but it says 0000 for clock speed when i'm in game. (I use the MSI gaming app to give my GPU a boost) Help?

Solution
The 0000 clock being read is just an error int he software that's reading it, you'll ALWAYS have some sort of core clock being used when doing anything. As for your FPS issue, have you installed any GPU drivers lately? If you have try using a GPU driver sweeping software (Guru3d Display Driver Uninstaller is a popular one) Link here If that doesn't work post and we'll try some other stuff.
