I accidently turns the mains power off while my computer was in sleep. Now I continually get Blue Screens of death. I have re-installed windows, ran a 90 minute HDD test (no errors), a Intel CPU test (no errors), got new RAM, tested with a new motherboard and I am still getting BSODs. I also removed the GPU and ran on Intel Integrated Graphics and I still ran into BSODs. Now I can't even boot in safe mode as when I try it says "The instruction at 0x00007FFAB05DF815 referenced memory at 0x00000000001CDFDB. The memory could not be written." So what hardware is faulty? Specs: Intel core i5-4690K (not overclocked), XFX R9 380x, 8GB RAM (2x4GB), MSI Z97 PC mate motherboard and a WD 1TB HDD. All help is appreciated thanks.

I doubt it is the RAM as I have had my PC for 7 months and there have been no issues. The issues only started when I accidently switched my PC off while it was in sleep mode.
