Xeon for gaming?

I need a xeon that is great for gaming, i stream games on twitch so i need it to have hyper threading, i want it to be cheaper than £200 but perform great it also needs to support ddr3 1600 ram any help on this? my only other choice is a i5 but it doesn't have hyper threading.

it will be paired with a GTX 970.

the xeon e3 1245v3 = i7 3770
and the xeon e3 1231v3= i7 4790

That's wrong. Both are haswell not ivy bridge and haswell. The 1231v3 is "newer" because it's a haswell refresh but there is no difference as far as performance goes. They are both about the same as a i7 4770.

i knew what i was talking about about the intel xeon 1231 v3, and i know its a great chip
i didn't know much about the 1245 , i googled a few threads that i shared with op.
