No post, fans spinning except gpu

Had BSoD (System Thread Exception Not Handled) and after it no post beeps, nothing. Fans spinning (connected to motherboard) except the two on gpu. Tried to start without ram and gpu - same result. Motherboard died or what? Looking forward for your help.

It's s new build but it worked for a week. So all parts are new but the system itself was fine and I was able to run it. And now suddenly bsod.

yeah you need to replace that as soon as possible for a 500-550w quality psu.

this is what youre going to do

1 shut down the pc
2 take the chord out of the socket
3 open the pc case
4 take out this battery on the picture for 5 mins https://gyazo.com/64ca10dd13d3744a26320c58dc369273
5 battery back in and boot up the pc it should work.

You mean reset cmos. And why should I switch psu? Also, for done reason fans on gpu aren't spinning. Is that all connected?

it worked for a week you said so i assume everything should work.

i guess the gpu worked for a while but a part of the psu broke because its such a poor quality.
zalman is a really poor quality psu maker, im sure everything works if you replace it for a quality unit.

But all fans spinning (except gpu). All leds are fine. Also, there was a bsod and after it the system aren't starting. It wasn't an electricity. Not sure how it all connected.

@superninja12 Man, thanks you a lot. Cmos reset did helped. I was so frustrated and pissed about it. Spent my last money on it. Really appreciate your help and patience. Seems I just lost the ability to think rationally for a moment.
BTW gpu is fine (phew). I'll try to change psu asap for a better one as you advised. Maybe you can point on some good psu or at least which brand to look?

I would try the GPU in another PC or another GPU in yours and see what happens. If the graphics card works in another system, try another PSU in yours. If you still can't boot, we'll have to try some other things. Were you overclocking? If so, make sure to reset the CMOS.
