CPU broken or damaged or none??

Okay so recently I have bought the i5 4690k and when I was putting it in gently the pins on the motherboard were broken I was trying too boot but it didn't work I have just ordered a new motherboard and I want to know if I can still use this or not here is a video also there were like 10 15 pins broken in the motherboard http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_n6lkyH37dI

I know that I said my pins are broken in my motherboard and I ordered a new one and was wondering if it fried it
