I have A8 7600 and i will buy R7 360, my case is mini tower, will atx psu 500w work ???

yes power supply wise the 500w psu should work, but without full specs i dont know if it will fit in your case, or if you have a quality psu

You are not getting what we are saying.
The quality of the power supply is not just determined by how much you pay for it.
A quality unit is not even determined by any specific certification. It is determined by places like this site, johnny guru and others that disassemble them and see what they use for every chip, every capacitor, etc on the circuit board.
For generic office use the majority of power supplies will be fine with minimal risk, even the crappy ones, but once you put a load on them like your R7 GPU will, then you need a quality unit, otherwise you taking a huge risk that the power supply will take out your motherboad and gpu with it when it dies.
