Mouse LED's don't turn off

I have a CM Storm Devastator Mouse (combo with keyboard) and the LED's won't turn off after shutdown.. I've tried all that people said in other forums, but didn't work, also someone said to enable "ErP" on my motherboard's BIOS, but I don't have that option in my BIOS, I have a Asus H81M-Plus motherboard. Any help please ?

Win 8/10 or Fastboot? try holding down shift when you click shutdown.
Win8/10 doesnt really shutdown fully when you just click shutdown, this is so they can startup much quicker
