Hello.
I'm having a weird problem with my computer. I'm calling it weird because I've never seen such problem like this in my entire life.

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/7n8R4C These are my components. I pick a random PSU. I don't know the exact model but it's a CM 500W. I have 2 HDDs and 1 SSD.

My screen completely freezes while I'm playing a game which is installed on my HDD. Sometimes it happens in the beginning sometimes after a while. (I tried with LOL and Fifa 17). It doesn't let me do anything but cut the power. If I use the reset button, I'm having this problem http://imgur.com/a/gyENV. It keeps giving the same error until I cut the power by the power button. Also, I checked BIOS and the OS disk wasn't there.

And today, the computer decided to not to sleep. I clicked on sleep then my screen went off but the computer was still running, I mean fans were working and other parts as well but I couldn't be able to control. I hit the reset button and the same error screen.

Things I've done;
- Changed SATA Ports on the motherboard. (Didn't see any change)
- Reinstalled windows. (I thought the problem was fixed later on it appeared again.)
- Moved games. (I moved LOL to SSD from my SSD. It doesn't freeze anymore. I moved Fifa 17 from an HDD to another HDD still freezes.)

Addition;
Now I can't move icons in start menu. It stuck like this; http://imgur.com/a/bOOXN.
And mail app fails immediately. Just shuts down. I reinstalled it and doing the same.

(English isn't my native language. Sorry if there's a mistake.)

Solution
As a conclusion, the problem was Nvidia driver. I installed an old one and there is no problem so far. That surprised me how GPU affects this kind of problems. It was seems like a SATA or driver problem..
You need to break down what parts are good on your list. I suggest first using your HD makers disk utility to check smart, generic, and self test for both. Also check your SSD with kingstones utility. Use memtest to check your ram. Remove your gpu and use the motherboard video to see if still freezes. Now if it works correctly it could still not be the gpu but the PSU. You need to check the psu by using it in another working system. It could be heading for a death and only acting up after getting hot.

- SAMSUNG HD502HI
- ST1000LM024 HN-M101MBB (I took it from my ASUS N550JV CN127 notebook) It's Samsung as well.

I've done bad sector test with a program, I believe it was called hdtune. Also some other tests with that program. I can test with other programs if you suggest one.
SSD looks healthy (like 95%).
I've done that memtest. There's no error.
About GPU, one of my friends has a similar issue, his PC freezes as well and that one goes straight towards to BIOS. And he couldn't see OS Disk as well. That happened while using RX280. I don't think it's a GPU problem.
About PSU, My PSU fans never runs, like I'm having this PSU for over 3 years and it never runs. In last 2 weeks it started to run and it's very noisy like a plane engine. Drrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Can it be the problem? I don't have any other system to try it.

Sounds like you need a new PSU anyways. Antecs and Seasonics are best brands which I suggest the 520W S12II.

The programs to test the hard drives depend on the drive. Seatools for the seagate HD's and for WD use Data Lifeguard Diagnostics.

Addition; mail app still crashes. It hasn't been 24 hours yet but all the problems stay.

+ I opened up the case and the PSU was hot. I mean very hot. It was like hot coffee glass, I presume that was 70 degree. Is it normal?

This just means an unexpected shutdown. Given you reinstalled and the same things occured I suggest testing each part in a know working system. Only way to know for sure is when the problem occures or stops with a part switch.

I've found out that the start menu freezing because of the new nvidia driver. I installed an old one no more freezing. Now I'm checking other problems.

Cool and glad everything turned out good.
