So I bought an i7 and have cosair vengeance 16gb RAM 2133hmz
I want this motherboard ( from original) but will and this asetek 550LC Performance Liquid CPU Cooler be good and work either motherboard? Also will this pny 120gb cs1111 SSD work with the motherboard?

All the parts listed under original are compatible. If you dont plan on doing any overclocking then I would stick with the 212. Just know with that power supply overclocking and a GPU upgrade in the future might not be plausible.
