So let me start from the beginning of the problem.
Few months ago i bought a prebuild pc , bad decision i know, but i had no choice really.
Well 2 months after that stutters began while i watched series and yt and then almost anything:
They lasted for less then a second , and occurred about every hour or more.
When i turned off the pc and turned it on again, they were gone but returned after few hours.
I opened up the case and cleaned up everything.
And problem was fixed.
Then week ago it started again, tiny stutters.
I cleaned in the meantime anyway.
But they persist and are getting worse.
They came back as crackling sound in headphones, then as stutters before and now it's chaos
Nothing helps, sometimes they occur rarely but then they just overwhelm me.
Everything stutters, like i listen to music or yt video and i do something else and action me doing that other thing causes massive stuttering.
I thought it was the speedfan maybe which i installed few days ago so i removed it.
They were mostly gone for a day and came back as usual.
What do you think might be happening?
