Every game keeps crashing

I have a r9 270x and game keep glitching out and crashing ive tried everything i can think of i put new thermal paste on the GPU because it was completely dried out went from win 10 to 8 to 7 and switched to all my pci ports tried different drivers taking ram out switching dvi to vga to hdmi none of it works i have a video of what happens it usually happens after playing for a bout 5-10 minutes i have the memory clock and the GPU clock at 10 under each and 80% fan speed all the time and it doesn't seems that it overheats https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YItoeRVN3s

Hi, Watched your video, have you considered this could be not with the graphics card but with something else, try running Memory tests, this could also be a PSU compoment failure or Motherboard fault, check the Motherboard Capacitors see if any are swollen..
If you have onboard Video, remove the card and try that, all this trying is to try and narrow down the problem, you could purchase a cheap card off ebay and try that or maybe a local computer shop could test it for you?
Have you tweaked any BIOS settings in the last few days or since this started?, do you have any friends that could test your card in there PC's ?
