Z200 vs Elite 8000

I have to buy a used computer before Tuesday and I have sorted it to between:
HP Z200 Workstation: i5 first gen 3.2ghz, 2x2gb DDR3, WD blue 250gb HDD for Rs.13,500.
HP Elite 8000: Q9400, 2x4gb DDR3, 250gb HDD for Rs.9,000.
Which one should I get?
I will be doing some CPU based rendering and light gaming.
3dsmax.
ZBrush.
Premiere Pro.
Photoshop.
Minecraft.
MTA:SA.
CS:GO.

Unfortunately those are 2-core i5's. For single-core things like Minecraft and CSGO, the i5 would be the faster system. And does have hyperthreading. This system would probably be my choice, and I'd add more RAM to it.

For rendering stuff, the Q9400 will make good use of all cores, as well as the additional RAM. CPU-wise, the i5's are almost just as powerful, even having just 2 cores.
