1) Are all the games in The Vault actually free?
2) Are there any hidden costs? Besides the $5/month.
3) After cancelling the subscription, do I still keep the games I downloaded or do I lose them?

I find it very cheap, given the amount of games you get. Its depending on how you the games like, how much you already own and so. I myself am not much interested in most of the games and half of them are i my library.

If you stop paying, then you loose all games. If you start paying again, you can play ANY of the games in the pool. Its just renting all games. This is what I understand. I didn't pay for it.
