I want to buy this leds:http://www.gearbest.com/led-strips/pp_463385.html?wid=21
These are USB but i don't want to spend a lot of usb ports. My motherboard is low end so i have 6 usb 2.0 and 2 usb 3.1. I spend 2 with keyboard and mouse so i only have 4 left. Leds spend 2 and i don't want to spend so many ports and stay with only 3(one for capture card). Does a usb switch/hub can power enough energy to keep the leds working? Or Can i plug them to my wiiU. My wiiu sends energy to devices if they don't send information trough the data pins.

It is the math that says you need less than 1A at 5VDC to power these LEDs. Your question is about powering the LEDs via a USB hub. My original statement was that most USB hubs with a separate power supply will provide at least 2A at 5VDC to each port.
