I used to use a 4.2" phone that I could hold in one hand and only use 1 thumb to write. It was really convinient. Now all phones all around 5" big.
I once bought a 5.5" big phone, it was definitely too big and very inconvinient to use.

Are there any good phone with 4.5-4.7" size?

Does the memory makes a big difference btw the remdi 3s and redmi 3s prime? (32gb,3gb vs 16gb,2gb)

The actual stats are definitely much less. Like I had redmi note 3 with 16gb, but actual storage was just 12gb.

Yes. The MIUI consumes more space and ram. So, the available space is much less. But you should be fine

Xiaomi Mi4 is kinda old. My cousin uses it. It it fine but getting a new one is good. But Mi4 is high compared to 3s Prime. So if you're on budget, get the Mi4. It would be fine
