No signal from gpu /dedicated after upgrading cpu cooling, help

Hello, I go straight to the point.

I upgraded my arctic freezer with a be quite dark rock 2 pro and since then my monitor can't take signal from gpu.

I change thermal paste, cleaned everything, put everything in its place and no signal.

PC starts up, all fans are spinning, gpu led is on, CPU cooler fans are going, everything works except screen. Tried with no ram in it, no beeps from mb, all working silent.

I already :

I switched rams, checked all cables, put a brand new Evga 850w gold plus psu, put the old cooler, re applied thermal paste, really I think I tried all the things listed in topics like this one and no one worked. I looked at motherboard and from what I can see I ain't damaged nothing, everything looks fine like before.

My specs:

I3 6300 skylake
MSI z170a m5 mb
8gb hyperx ram
Ssd Samsung 850 evo
500 gb wd hdd
850w Evga psu
Rx 480 nitro 8gb

Also tried with integrated gpu, removing the rx 480. Same results. Please help I really don't know what to do. Thanks for attention. And for help.

did you reset the bios?
on the top right hand side near the ram there is some LED look at it and see what lights up and what don't.
you may want to remove the bios bat unplug the power from the system and let it is 5-10min.

No led for what I see around the ram, all off. Tried to plug the keyboard and mouse, they are dead too. So I think my pc isn't even booting? Tried removing the battery, same results

test your PSU or try a new one.
if your LED debug lights are not lit the MB may be toast.
look at all power cables are plug in CPU and main 24 pin

Psu is brand new, just purchased for this problem, no led or sounds.. Cables are plugged in correctly. It is a test that I can do to see if mb is gone?

In the end I purchased another mobo, same model. It works now. I bent mobo pins while adding the cooler. So be careful when you change cooler or cpu, go delicate.
