My specs are

i7 4790 non k
14gb ram
1080p 60hz monitor
Gtx 1080
Old motherboard which is no longer buyable

on Afterburner it says on core clock the highest it shows is 1500 but apparently im going to 1962 when gaming and 1709 on desktop. Is this too high ?

Also the memory clock shows max 5000 and it sticks at 5006

Am I being paranoid or is this wrong and if it is how to fix it ?

Thanks guys

Shouldn't be messed with, it's more conservative than if you were to overclock yourself and won't damage your card.
